For drivers

How we count on time

My Numbers, in our driver app, shows how your own stops went over the last 28 days. Here is what you press at each stop, and when it counts as on time.

When a stop is on time

What is not counted

  • Stops on a cancelled order. They count in no box.
  • Stops with no planned time. They count in none of the three boxes with a percentage, though a confirmed drop-off still counts in Deliveries.
  • For Pickups on time and Drop-offs on time, a pickup with no arrival recorded in the app, and a drop-off that was not confirmed in it.
  • For Told us in time, a pickup whose time has not come yet.
  • Stops that are not counted stay in your list, marked Not counted, with the reason. Today's unfinished stops are in My Tasks.

Your numbers

  • My Numbers covers the last 28 days, today included, by the day of each trip.
  • Pickups on time, Drop-offs on time and Told us in time each show a percentage with X / Y beside it: Y stops counted, X of them on time, or told us in time. The three are never combined into one number.
  • With fewer than 5 stops counted, a box shows Not enough yet instead of a percentage.
  • Deliveries is the drop-offs you confirmed, apart from cancelled orders. An order with two drop-offs is two deliveries.

Who sees your numbers

  • Our dispatch team sees the same numbers you see.
  • Other drivers and the restaurants we deliver for do not.
  • In the job pool, coming soon, we may use these numbers to show jobs first to drivers with strong records. No list comparing drivers is shown to other drivers or to restaurants.

If a stop looks wrong

Press Something wrong? next to the stop in your list, or write to us through Support in the app. Our dispatch team reads what you send and looks into it. If our dispatch team finds it was not on you, the stop is marked Excused in your list and no longer counts in the three boxes with a percentage.
