The program

CDP Delivery Updates is the text message program of Catering Delivery Partners. We use it only to send the person receiving a delivery a link to track it.

Who receives messages

• The person receiving a delivery, at the phone number given for them.

What we send

• A tracking link for a delivery, which opens a page showing where the delivery has got to.

We send no marketing messages.

How you agree to receive messages

When a restaurant, a customer booking on our website, our operations team or a delivery partner gives us the phone number of the person receiving a delivery, we send that number one text message with a link to track that delivery. Whoever gives us the number confirms that the person receiving the delivery expects updates about it. The form says so next to the phone number. We send no other messages to that number unless it is given for another delivery. Reply STOP at any time and we will send no more messages to it. Some forms also offer an optional box to confirm that the person receiving the delivery has agreed; when it is ticked we keep a record of it. The text message is sent whether or not the box is ticked.

How often, and what it costs

One message per delivery. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or write to us at support@cateringdeliverypartners.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered.

Your mobile number

We never sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in, and we do not share either with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Telnyx, the provider that delivers our messages, receives your number only to deliver them.
